28 Days Of Pilates…kickoff!

Alright beauties, it’s almost time to get started!

If you haven’t signed up for the 28 Days of Pilates challenge yet CLICK HERE to get on the list.

If you missed the details and want to more about how we’re going to sculpt, shape & tone our beautiful bodies over the next month click here.

For those of you who are already on board here are a couple details:

  • The 1st video will go live on Saturday morning! It will be posted right here on the blog so be sure to bookmark my site if you haven’t already.
  • I will be sending out an email with our workout schedule and a helpful checklist tomorrow. So make sure you’re on this list to get the scoop.
  • So we can truly do this TOGETHER please post about it on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #28daysofpilates. That way I can find you and follow you to cheer you on throughout the month! And I won’t feel so alone 🙂

Oh, and remember if your Instagram profile is “private” I can’t see what you post (even if you use the #28daysofpilates hashtag)! So leave a comment with your Instagram name and I’ll request to follow you ASAP.

Okay, that’s all for now…I can’t wait to get started!

    1. Found you Holly! Congratulations on your new little baby! Remember to get clearance from your Dr. and take it sloooow. I’m 8 months out from having my baby and still feel very different in the ab-area! 🙂 You’ll hear me talk about it plenty I’m sure over the next 4 weeks. So glad you’re up for this challenge! It’s the perfect length to do while your baby plays on the floor by your side.

      1. Thanks, Robin, I’m crazy over my baby boy! I have my next doctor’s appointment on Monday and will let her know about this challenge, but have already been encouraged by my OB-GYN to slowly add in exercise. Thanks for the advice and wisdom to take it slow. I’m not concerned with losing pounds or inches, but really I’m looking forward to stretching and strengthening (particularly my back and shoulders).

I’m super excited to participate (I attend a weekly private reformer class as well as a weekly group equipment class in my neck of the woods already) but, I don’t have FB/Instagram/twitter. I know, I’m like the last person on Earth. But, I promise to follow along on the challenge posting here.

    I’m so thrilled to have found your blog and that your offering this challenge. I just had my youngest daughter 6 weeks ago as of this past Monday. I’ve been in a slump for awhile now and want to get out if this rut. Ive done yoga in the past first trying pilates. With an 18month & almost 7 week daughters i need something that is just for me & to help me feel healthy again. Never been a fan of social networking before so hopefully I can figure out the hashtag works & keep my progress posted. Instagram is jal702

    1. Welcome Julie! I’m so glad you found this program and community 🙂 I’m sure you have your hands FULL so hopefully that “short workout” attempt will be good for you. I do some of these exercises with my baby and she thinks it’s hilarious! So don’t take yourself too seriously and just do what you need to do to make it work. And give yourself grace as your body will take TIME to re-gain enough strength to do all of the exercises. I’m 8 months out and still feeling the post-pregnancy challenges 🙂

  8. So excited for this 28 days of pilates program! My instagram name is @nicoleclupny! Had a baby 5 months ago and was pretty proactive about exercising again when I got the go ahead at 5 weeks postpartum. Joined a pilates class that met once a week, but once the holidays hit I got super busy and exercising was the last thing on my mind. So I havent worked out since the beginning of November! Needless to say, its time and I’m ready! Really looking forward to this! Thanks for doing this, and doing it for free! That was another obstacle, finances, so this is a great kick start to getting back in to gear!
