  1. Did an intense hr long bodyworks class this morning, followed by an hour on the treadmill doing hills. Time to tackle taxes next.

  3. I could do the rollover from Waist Whittling workout this week! Okay, it was a very awkward, sloppy rendition, but I got up and over at last. And my roll-ups came back with more control. Very happy after Day #19. Feeling the need to stretch, so I will probably do the wall stretch and relax with Sarah Beth tonight, too. Enjoy the rest of the weekend, everyone!
