  1. Hi, love your post! I have been doing pilates for quite a while now and think it’s the funniest way of moving your body.

  2. Anita @Breville Juicer

I am interested in Pilates but haven’t yet jumped in – I have done so many different things for fitness over the years – swimming, jogging, running, walking, aerobics, strength training, yoga, HIIT workouts etc. Your talk has got me all excited about Pilates and am eager to explore this.

Welcome, Anita! We’re so happy you’re here and can’t wait for you to try our workouts and experience how good they can help you feel!

  3. I am 61 years old. In january I list someone very close to me, and I have completely allowed myself to become terribly out of shape in every way. I have much pain, weight gain and it is becoming difficult to get moving. Watching some of these videos, I am afraid that I wont be able to do these things.

Hi Carol – thank you for your message. We’re so sorry to hear about your loss. Our workouts are designed for women of all levels, stages, and walks of life, and we encourage you to start right where you are, how you are. We’d love to invite you to join us. ❤️

  4. I have just finished the intro workout – more advanced than the first 3 free workouts ( 15 min/each) I think I was out of my comfort zone!! I am 65 and my normal aqua aerobics, chair yoga, and circuit training were closed since March. Having RA, it is tough to go w/o those workouts! So I’m hoping you offer some more intro type Pilates movement classes that will ease me back into movement again!

Well done, Michelle! And thank you so much for your feedback. We’ve taken note, as we’re always looking for ways to continue to best serve our our community. In the meantime, we encourage you to always modify (or skip) certain exercises based on your needs and comfort level. ? Keep up the great work!

Hi Michelle! One option as you’re getting started is to follow the Monday/Wednesday/Friday workouts in your monthly Workout Calendar, as those are around 15 minutes. You may also enjoy the Sisterhood Starter Series and 21 Days of Pilates, which can be found in your Workout Library. ? (You can also filter the workouts by length!)

Great post! I enjoyed this, and I think you have some great advice that would be beneficial to my readers, so if you don’t mind, I’ll be linking to this article. I write articles on staying fit while staying home, dedicated to those whose office is in their home, and need tips to stay active and fit. In particular, I think that pilates would go hand in hand with some of the routines I recommend.
