TBL Favorites: December

Hi Beauties!

Happy December! I hope you enjoyed the monthly teaser in your inbox this morning with some TBL favorites, a nutrition tip, and a note from me! (If you’re not signed up for our newsletter, you can join our list here.)

The team and I have so much fun compiling some of our favorite things to share with you each month! Hopefully they spark joy, inspiration, help you find a new pair of running shoes, try a new recipe, or read a new book!

Without further ado, here are some things the team is currently loving for the month of December:

Currently Listening to:

I really enjoyed this episode of the Found my Fitness podcast!

The John Legend Christmas album recently came out and is available for free for Amazon Prime members – I’ve been sneaking in some early Christmas music these last few weeks. :)” – Sarah

“I’m listening to Baby Shark by Pinkfong on repeat! And I really enjoy The Lazy Genius Podcast!” – Becky

“I love Jessica Honegger’s podcast, Going Scared. I enjoyed this episode with Ian Cron about the enneagram!” – Jordin

Currently Reading:

Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah

Wardrobe:

I’m loving this Aerie sweatshirt! And it’s on sale!

“My Patagonia Nano Puff vest is one of my favorite pieces of clothing. It’s an investment, but a very good one.” – Teddi

“Let’s be honest: I do a majority of my Pilates workouts (and daily living)  in my pajamas. Old Navy has the best PJ pants in so many fun patterns. I’m living in these this season!” – Sarah

“Love a new pair of pajamas for the winter season and this comfy J. Crew set is one of my favorites!” – Martha

“I’ve been living in this sweater. It’s cozy and comfortable.” – Becky

“I’ve found my new favorite workout tights from Lorna Jane. They are so soft, supportive, and great for workouts!” – Jordin

In the Kitchen:

These glasslock food containers are a must for meal prep. I love that they are glass, keep food fresh, and are dishwasher safe.

“It’s all about balance right?! I made this delicious pie for Thanksgiving! For a healthier recipe, this Cauliflower Bolognese is SO good.” – Becky

“I’m an eggnog lover, but the richness doesn’t always agree with me. I’m excited about this lighter non-dairy version!” – Martha

“During the holiday season, I need quick, easy, and healthy meals for our busy schedule. Recently, I’ve been putting an organic whole chicken in the crockpot, seasoning it with pepper, garlic salt, and paprika, and then putting it on low for 8 hours. When the time is up, we shred it up like a roasted chicken and use it for salads, pulled bbq sandwiches, or to wrap up with some hummus and veggies!” – Sarah

Did you find anything new from our monthly favorites? Let us know in the comments! We would also love to hear what you are loving for the holiday season. It’s so much fun to share good things. ?

xo,
