Hi Beauties!
Happy November! I hope you enjoyed the monthly teaser in your inbox this morning with some TBL favorites, a nutrition tip, and a note from me! (If you’re not signed up for our newsletter, you can join our list here.)
Each month, the team and I compile some of our favorite things of the moment and share them with you to hopefully spark joy, inspiration, or help you find a new pair of running shoes or a new, delicious recipe!
Without further ado, here are some things the team is currently loving for the month of November:
Currently Listening to:
“I’ve been listening to the soundtrack to “A Star is Born” on repeat – and I haven’t even seen the movie yet!” -Martha
“I’ve been listening to Johnnyswim non-stop since seeing them at Magnolia Market’s Silobration last month and I love that Magnolia has a Spotify playlist with all the amazing music from the weekend!” -Jordin
“I’ve been listening to The Mom Hour podcast – Meagan and Sarah are further down the parenting road than I am so it’s fun to listen to their perspective. It’s easy to listen to and I always learn something new.” -Becky
And, in case you missed it, I was interviewed on Robyn Downs’ Podcast, The Feel Good Effect, recently. I’d love for you to check it out!
Currently Reading:
“I’ve been using the Five-Minute Journal, and I love the opportunity it gives me to sit down and think about the positive things in my life!” -Teddi
The Cormoran Strike Detective Series by Robert Galbraith
5 Foods To Help Reduce Hypertension

Wardrobe:
I love this Lorna Jane Maternity Sports Bra – it’s also nursing friendly!
“Old Navy’s Lightweight Quilted Vests are what I live in all season long – the “In the Navy” color is my favorite!” -Sarah
“I would like to wear chenille every day of my life – like this awesome sweater from Loft!” -Martha
“Love everything Natalie Borton shares in her Instagram try-ons! So many great, versatile pieces to add to your wardrobe!” -Becky
“I pretty much live in Athleta’s High Rise Chaturanga Tights. So comfortable for workouts + running errands!” -Jordin
In the Kitchen:
Really excited for my friend, Madeline’s new cookbook: The Anti-Inflammatory Diet Slow Cooker Cookbook: Prep-and-Go Recipes for Long-Term Healing
“I was recently gifted these potholders, and I love them! They’re so cute, yet very functional.” -Teddi
“Ginger Turmeric Herbal Tea – so warm and comforting, I drink this almost every day. And sometimes I add a little extra turmeric of my own for added benefit.” -Martha
“We make slow cooker applesauce throughout the fall. We peel and slice about 10 Honeycrisp apples, put them in the crockpot, sprinkle a tsp of cinnamon on them, and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Then, we take our potato masher and mash the apples to make a sauce. The house always smells so delicious!” -Sarah
Love this recipe for Instant Pot Sausage Gnocchi!
